INTRODUCTION
In today’s complex business environment, businesses demand flexibility, which demands all leaders to embrace change and to take on risks. Leading others to implement change is a key leadership capability because effective change initiatives can help reinforce intended outcomes and to sustain an organisation’s long-term success.

Leaders play a pivotal role in managing transformations at the workplace. They will require skills to personally assimilate change and to create and orchestrate productive processes within workgroups or functions. Leaders are also able to create an environment which allows for a level of participation that nurtures enterprising and collaborating behaviours.

Lead Team to Implement Change aims to equip participants with the skills and knowledge to identify opportunities for innovation and implementing changes to work practices and continuous improvement to systems and processes.

INTRODUCTION
The capability and strategy to build team relationships can make a huge difference in a business or organisation. Experienced leaders and team managers can bring out the ultimate best of the groups and members they work with if they have the necessary tools and knowledge to create synergy, resulting in the organisation running seamlessly.

Build Team Relationships course equips learners with procedural knowledge and people management skills they need to carry out managerial efforts. Develop Managers and High Potential Employees through Organisational Talent Capability Review allows participants to design and apply legal and ethical considerations relating to organisational talent capability management.
